Information, help, tips and much more. As a club our aim is for members to share their experience and knowledge with other members so we all learn and grow our photographic skills while having a lot of fun along the way.

Monitor Calibration

The key to getting good results from your digital images is to have a properly
spydercalibrated monitor.
This means that when you get prints done or put images into club that they will be far closer to what you see on your screen.
This is such an important part of digital workflow that the club has purchased a Datacolor Spyder3 calibration unit for the use of members to calibrate LCD & CRT monitors as well as data projection systems.
The Spyder3 unit is available for members to hire at a nominal fee of $10 for a week so you can use it to calibrate as many monitors, laptops etc as you need in that time. Full instructions are included.

Contact the treasurer at treasurer@images.org.nz to book the Spyder3 unit.
